Voice Ask is an assistant like Siri, but it works on all iPhones and iPads. And now on Android as well. You can ask it questions on any topic, either by talking to it or write, and it will answer you in a clear voice.

You can ask your phone anything. Anything at all. You can either speak to it, or type in your question (practical when your environment is noisy).

Voice Ask will display the question, and then connect to relevant sources on the internet to look up the answer. Depending on the answer, additional information will be presented: images relevant to the answer, wikipedia link, google search, an official page, or associated topics.

The answer will be presented and spoken out by ‘Eve’, your Voice Ask assistant. The text of the answer is shown on top of possible relevant images. You can click on the answer to show/hide the images.

Voice Ask currently works on any iPhone, iPod or iPad and Android as well. (Unlike Siri, Eve’s sister who is only on the iPhone 4S). We are developing a separate version that takes advantage of the iPad’s advanced features. An internet connection (3G or Wifi) is required for Voice Ask to work.

Eve is your Voice Ask assistant. She has a positive attitude and will try to look up all information you require. You can also just decide to have a general chat with her. She has some strong feelings about herself and beings with artificial intelligence. Don’t insult her for being just a computer program, she considers herself to be more than that..
